Our crew. Fixed sequence. Nothing deferred.

We follow the same order every time: clear it out, fix what needs fixing, then seal and finish. No skipped steps.

— Step by Step

What happens on the day

01 — Out with what doesn't stay

The crew walks the garage with you, flags what leaves and what stays, then clears everything out. Debris, junk, and donatable items are sorted on the spot.

02 — Repairs and surface prep

Cracks get patched, anchors get tightened, walls get primed where needed. The floor is ground and cleaned before any coating touches it.

03 — Floor coating and painting

The floor gets sealed with a durable coating. Walls and trim are painted where the scope calls for it. The same crew does both—no scheduling a second visit.

04 — Organization and final walkthrough

Remaining items are arranged into a functional layout. We walk the space with you before we leave—so you know exactly where everything landed.

Most jobs

Everything scoped upfront—hauling, prep, coating, painting. You won't get a surprise invoice from a disposal company at the end.

Standard two-car garages are typically done start to finish in two to three days. You get a usable space back, not a project left mid-stride.

Our team handles removal, repairs, coating, and organization and most of all, no gaps in accountability.

• Common Questions

Before you book

Do I need to clear anything out first?

What if the job runs bigger than expected?

No. We start from whatever state the garage is in. Sorting and removal are the first things on the sequence—that's our job, not yours.

We scope the job before we quote it. If something genuinely unexpected surfaces on the day, we call you before we proceed—never after.

What happens to items we remove?

Is floor coating included in every job?

We sort on-site: donations go to verified local organizations, recyclables go to the right facility, and true junk is disposed of responsibly. Nothing just gets dumped.

Floor coating is a scoped line item—not every job requires it. If the floor is in good shape, we'll tell you. We don't upsell work the space doesn't need.

Can I stay home during the job?

How do I get a quote?

Yes. Most homeowners are home for the walkthrough at the start and end. You don't need to supervise in between—we'll flag anything that needs a call.

Fill out the contact form and describe what you're working with. We'll respond within one business day to schedule an on-site estimate.

Ready yet?

Tell us what you're starting with. We'll scope the full job, give you one number, and put a date on the calendar.
